Camp Ramah in the Berkshires
Camp Ramah in the Berkshires
Jewish overnight camp in Wingdale, Dutchess County, serving campers entering grades 3 through 11 in sessions ranging from one week to a full eight-week season. Days combine morning Tefillah (prayers) and a YAKOR Jewish-learning period with rock climbing, zip lining, fishing, archery, mini-golf, waterfront swimming and paddle boarding, rehearsals for a Hebrew musical, fine and multimedia arts and team sports. Two supported programmes run alongside the main camp: Tikvah, a self-contained programme with a modified schedule and higher staffing ratio for campers with intellectual disabilities and developmental delays, and Breira B'Ramah, an inclusion programme for campers with communication disorders, intellectual and developmental disabilities, ADHD or autism. Tuition covers room, board, programming, mandatory round-trip bus transportation, trips and insurance, and need-based financial assistance is available by application.

Powered by GoogleI go to camp here and I loved it. over the years it’s become slightly less fun but still it’s a fantastic place to be at
Beautiful camp, I went with a bunch of my friends and we had a great time. We were hosted by Seth who was super helpful and kind and showed us around.
I just came back from CRB and I loved it. It is an amazing religious experience because you get enriched in it everyday and the Community there is great and everyone cares for each other.
Great sleep-away Jewish camp experience for children/teens ages 8-17, and later on Ramah Israel Seminar and staff. For many it developed some of their most memorable childhood experiences and life-long relationships.
My favorite place with a lot of different activities which is valuable in the religious facts , environmental, and personal needs in the future .
