Powered by GoogleThis camp was an amazing experience for my child. She came home excited every day and was well cared for. The activities were fun and engaging, and the children truly enjoyed themselves. They are wonderfully accommodating for children with special emotional needs, which was something I really needed in a provider. Honestly, I don’t even want to tell too many people because I don’t want to ruin a good thing! Honorable mention to the work done by Mr. Kendrick.
I love the staff, they are super nice and they actually care about the children in their care. Ms. Sham is amazing and my son loves Mr. Kendrick. Overall great camp!!!
My daughter has been going to Camp PTS summer camp for 3 summers and she won’t spend her summer anywhere else, by her choice! She absolutely loves Camp PTS and their staff. Camp PTS always has exciting activities planned along with learning activities which is what I love most! Ms. Sham and her staff take great care of my daughter every summer and always keep me informed and involved! I highly recommended Camp PTS for all your summer camp and after care needs!
I would not recommend this place. Parent's are not allowed in the building. As a parent I find this highly suspect. Also when addressing the concern with the owner. She was very dismissive but acted as if she cared to receive feedback. As to why my children would not be returning. Also when asked for a refund I was told that would not be honored. Even though my children only attended one day. I was told that I could watch a video of the center, which gives you a tour. Which I watched. But I would like to see what is going on at the time of drop off. Again this was the absolute first time ever bringing my children here. I don't know of any parent. That would willingly leave their child some place without scoping out the scene before leaving. There is absolutely nothing wrong with that. There should always be an open door policy when children are involved. And if there is not I am definitely side eying business operational practices.
I love love love the staff. They are so friendly and you can tell they love what they do. The kids stay engaged and even take weekly field trips during summer camp. I wish there was a location toward Lillington so my little could go all summer!!
