Camp Paddy Run is a church-affiliated (Presbyterian) camp on 175 wooded acres in the Cedar Creek Valley at Star Tannery, Virginia, established in 1985. It runs a summer day camp each June and offers a pool, gaga ball, volleyball and picnic shelters, along with lodging and cabins used for group retreats the rest of the year.

From the pool house to the lodge to the Pavillion area, we had more than enough space to accommodate various activities without feeling overcrowded. The large amount of land allowed the veteran campers to pitch up their biggest tents without them feeling like they were taking up a lot of space.

There was plenty of space for our tent campers and the two lodges offered 24 bunks but we choose to sleep outside.
