Camp Olivet is a Christian children's camp property operated by the Olivet Foundation, Inc. on 178 acres of rolling farmland and forest bought by George and Marcella Aikman in 1962; the first children's camp was held there in 1963 under the sponsorship of Southminster Presbyterian Church of Indianapolis. The site centers on a Civil War-era farmstead with an original barn used for meals, crafts and gatherings, and campers explore Indian Creek and the surrounding woods. The camp's own website publishes only its history, rules and a facilities-use page: it lists no session dates, age ranges, fees or online registration, and local churches appear to run children's camps at the site.

Weeks before camp when I was young, I Was filled with excitement, eagerness, and waiting anticipation. The trip to Camp Olivet took forever in my child mind. I couldn't wait to walk across the swinging bridge. And walk up to the big red barn with all my friends. We all gathered in the big red barn and waited patiently to hear our names called and told what cabin you were staying in for the week. As I walked to my cabin, off to the right up on the hill is the sight you don't forget. The 3 crosses were I would walk to and a sit beside them and do my devotional. Always in my heart, soul, and mind. Camp Olivet.

★★★★★Ryan CosbyMy wife and I run a Kids Camp here 2 weeks out of the summer and we never want to go anywhere else. The caretakers are great and put the "Care" in their title. The Olivet Board is always looking to improve things and value input from those who use the camp. Their are 10 cabins, a recreation barn, mess hall with full kitchen, main gathering barn with nurses station (Nurse is not provided by the Olivet), shortened basketball court, Baseball diamond, grass volleyball court, bathhouse with 5 showers on both girls and boys side, outdoor chapel area on the hill, fire pit with bench seating all around it, hiking trails and plenty of space to run.
