Camp myrtlewood is a beautiful summer camp site with several nice new cabins and showers and a stage and gorgeous Douglass fir trees and Myrtle trees and the sweetest site staff and a lively creek and nice hiking trails and delicious blackberries and very comfy couches and two pianos and a stump you can sit on and drink tea.

Really the most beautiful place. I came as a chaperone for my sons outdoor school and it was an amazing experience! Good food, fun activities, kind people, and the most serene atmosphere. The camp pets added another element of happiness and one kitty even came to love on my boy when he was sad. We love camp Myrtlewood!

Just had some of the best days of my life here. Beautiful surroundings. Amazing staff that made the most delicious food (I was seriously impressed!) and they made it all extremely allergy friendly, even adapted items so no one was left out! It was a belly dance retreat for myself and my daughter. We both have sensory issues and had plenty of options for eating. Everyone working was so kind and welcoming, down to the camp kitties wandering around. I hope to be back yearly if not more often! Amazing place to unplug without giving up ALL your comforts. Would be a great 'camping' trip for the family without having to invest in all the gear!

The Sisters in Recovery weekend at Camp Myrtlewood was fabulous. The chef Earl was amazing. and the wonderful women who joined together for a retreat weekend were so absolutely beautiful. I know I'm doing this again.
