Nonprofit residential camp on 45 wooded acres in South Bend serving children and adults with a wide range of disabilities, in operation since 1937. Six co-ed one-week sessions run mid-June to early August, checking in Sunday and out Friday afternoon, with arts and crafts, music, recreation, nature and swimming in a heated accessible pool, plus a low ropes challenge course adapted to each camper's ability. Cabins are fully accessible with indoor plumbing, nursing staff are on site 24 hours with medication management, all dietary needs are accommodated, and the camper-to-staff ratio never exceeds 4:1 with 1:1 care available.
