Camp Hawthorne Ridge is a Girl Scouts Western Pennsylvania camp on more than 200 wooded acres in Girard, offering overnight sessions (3- and 5-night), troop camps, and family camps for girls entering grades K-12. Activities include archery, hiking to the Gorge, swimming in the pool, crafts, and cookouts over a fire. Girls do not need to belong to a troop to attend and can join as an Indie Girl Scout. The property is accredited by the American Camp Association.
