Camp Harbor View is a free nonprofit summer camp for Boston youth entering grades 6-9, held on Long Island in Boston Harbor with daily bus and ferry transportation from Boston neighborhoods. Two four-week sessions serve roughly 900 campers ages 11-14 with programming in the arts, aquatics, sports and fitness, leadership, and academics, plus three meals a day, counseling, and health screenings at no cost. Older teens (15-18) join a leadership and summer-jobs program.

★★★★J CMy child attended Camp Harbor View for a few years & absolutely loved it. They also took amazing care of the families throughout the pandemic. However, I am VERY disappointed that they are mandating the children be vaccinated against Covid to participate in activities now. Not even sure that it is constitutional. These are kids taking an experimental vaccine...not adults taking it to keep their job (still blasphemy in my opinion.) Sorry but administrators should be ashamed. It's fine to highly recommend the vaccine but not okay to mandate it for CHILDREN! My child is disappointed to not be able to attend anymore.

★★★★★zuleny acostaSimply THE BEST! The work Camp Harborview does with children and their families is AMAZING! My child has been attending for YEARS! He considers everyone there family. Its not just a camp! CHV really does care. They are open all year round. Sure, during the summer its a summer camp. But, during fall/winter time they are open to children and their families. They have events for all of us. My child has come such a long way! To be honest, it has definitely been because of CVH. None of his school's staff, doctors or anyone else has been as supportive as Camp Harborview. I would give them 100+ stars if I could!!!
