Powered by GoogleDaughter complained about ticks and spiders. Pretty much wildlife in the woods. But she enjoyed the daytime activities.
It is a really nice camp. But the small cabins do not have a bathroom, we had to go into the big cabin across from us to use the bathroom. And the showers in the big cabin were invested with mosquitoes so no one showered but once because no one wants to shower with bugs and mosquitoes!
Daughter just absolutely loved going to Girl Scout at Camp Darden June, 2019. Thank you to all the campers, and counselors💖💖.
My daughter and I just got home from gorlscout encampment with her troop. The platformed tents are really neat. But a battery power fan would have been a great thing to have had in there. The buildings where is good repair. The activities were amazing. The only thing that I think could have been better is the cots. We can't wait to go back.
Wonderful Girl Scout camp. Stayed there. Overnight is comfortable most cabins have A/C. Mess hall kitchen has all you need to cook for an "Army". Large pond with all sorts of watercraft.
