J.D. Currie Youth Camp is a nonprofit rustic group-camping facility on a 300-acre Clark County site five minutes from Camas, operating since 1943. It offers day-use and overnight group camping for youth organizations, with a lodge, covered mess hall, Adirondack cabins, and tent sites in a wooded setting. Programming is arranged by the youth groups that rent it rather than open public enrollment.

Camp Currie is a private camp. There is a bunkhouse with a large room and fireplace. The rest of the facilities are pretty meager and some are worn out and need attention. Otherwise it isn't a bad place for a small group organized camp for Cub Scouts and the like. There is a lake but access is restricted due to deteriorated facilities like the dock. Some investment would make this a great place again.

This is a great rustic campground. Our Trail Life USA Troop had gone here several times. Great memories & experiences! Fire pits, cabins, tent site, & more! Beautiful location.

Stayed in the lodge that has a fireplace and plenty of bunk beds. I'd suggest still bringing a mat with your sleeping bag as the beds are minimal in what they offer. Plenty of space for a larger group. Has 4 large tables that can be moved around. There are two floors with plenty of space for games and training on the bottom floor.

Beautiful location next to lake with nice covered shelter and fire pit. Outhouses were really bad, even with the weather being pretty cold.

Close in to Camas campground available for rent and use by large scout, church, and other public or private organizations. Power and water are on site. Vault restrooms are never the best. Nice covered area for group meals. Lodge for small to medium groups and areas throughout the camp for tenting. Nice amphitheater with bonfire availability.
