Camp Colley is a 30-acre outdoor adventure camp near Happy Jack, about 2.5 hours from Phoenix, owned by the City of Phoenix and currently operated by the H.E.A.R.T. Center. It offers overnight sessions of three days/two nights and five days for ages 7-15, with hiking, fishing, horseback riding and traditional camp activities, plus a Teen Leadership (CIT) track. The camp was created to serve underserved Phoenix youth; the $250 fee for city residents covers transportation from Phoenix, all meals and snacks, lodging, programming and supplies. The site includes a dining hall, bath house, barn and equestrian area and runs on solar power.
