Camp Circle Star is a camp for children with disabilities ages 5-18, held at the 22-acre Circle Star Ranch in Valles Mines. It offers week-long day camps, overnight camps and Saturday Fun Days, limited to about 14 campers per session with a dedicated support person for each camper. The ranch has a lake, swimming pool, hiking trails and a playground.

★★★★★EveI volunteered here for quite a bit, and i can confidently say that they stick with their goal of accessibility and enrichment for children. Each child is given a personal camp counselor, and those counselors are monitored by staff and other volunteers to make sure that the safety of the child is put first. Plenty of activities for children and everything is taken at their own pace; a stress-free and fun environment that accommodates for many children!! What i will say is that a lot of environments are not wheelchair accessible, due to lack of funding, but all that means is that I highly encourage y’all to donate to this amazing organization!!! Wheelchair accessibility is one of their big goals they’re trying to meet so I really cant stress enough how your support could greatly help this place!!
