Powered by GoogleThis is the camp to be at all summer long. The kids have so much fun and they keep the children engaged and on the road. My daughter loves the camp and will definitely return next year. Ms. Erica is amazing and very passionate about what she’s doing with the children. It was worth every penny.
This is the third year my two kids have attended/are attending Camp Care and they look forward to it every summer! I have had numerous interactions with all of the staff, Ms. Erica, Ms. Tasha and the most with Ms. Judy who is always willing to address any questions or concerns, anything for that matter in a professional manner. I have also had interactions with some of the teen group leaders who have always been kind, respectful and attentive to their age-based groups. Camp Care is not a camp where you can just hang around all day. They have daily structured activities for the kids including weekly field trips, curriculum time, recreational time, and they also allow them to have free time. I live in Austell and every morning we drive the kids to the camp because they really love it there! I definitely recommend Camp Care if you are living the Powder Springs area or are like us and are willing to take the daily drive.
My daughter has been attending camp care for many years. I have been very happy with what the camp has to offer, from stem classes, artistry, field trips and the Christian based lessons. All the workers are very attentive to the children. Ms Erica knows all the kids by name, as she has a wonderful relationship with them all. I would highly recommend camp care to anyone looking for a great camp for the kiddos this summer. Oh, I forgot to mention that the food around the world is an added plus to learn about food from other cultures.
I am so grateful for Camp C.A.R.E. This is the third year that my kids have attended and they enjoy it immensely. I love the fact that the staff has been consistent over the years. Ms. Erica, Ms. Judy (a true sweetheart), and Ms. Tasha are a blessing and ease the anxiteties that normally come with finding quality care of your children. It warms my heart to know they are there and watching over my kids. They are readily available should I have to call, and they do not hesitate to contact me if need be. At the start of Camp we are given the summer calendar which lays out the daily activities. Some of the fields trips include bowling, skating, and horseback riding. I like that they provide breakfast AND lunch. Most camps only provide lunch. The fact that they are also open during the major breaks of Cobb County School District is a plus for me. I would strongly recommend Camp C.A.R.E if you are searching for a Camp in the Powder Springs area.
We LOVE Mrs. Erica and the staff at Camp CARE! If you are looking for a camp where your kids will feel loved, safe, and have a great time, check them out! Over the years, our family has recommended Camp CARE for our neighborhood kids' summer needs and we recommend you give them a try if you are still looking. Our girls have grown so much and because the staff is so excellent and the camp curriculum involves learning, they have not fallen to the "summer slide." They have been on track each year of school, if not ahead of their class. I personally wouldn't chose any other place to send my kids! Give them a try!
