Camp Caesar, the Webster County 4-H Camp near Cowen, WV, is a historic camp established in 1922 with cabins, assembly halls, classrooms and a large swimming pool. It hosts a range of residential youth camps through the summer, including the WV State Conservation Camp for ages 14-17 with shooting sports, boating, rappelling, fishing and outdoor cooking.

We came here and the line was long even before the doors opened. Once the doors opened everything moved quickly and efficiently. The people running the show could not have been any nicer or friendlier. Everything was great (they even let me have extra ramps) but the desserts were amazing. Not sure I've ever seen such a cornucopia of desserts. There was table after table of them.
