Camp Brosend is a 40-acre Christian camp and retreat center just east of Evansville that has run youth camps since 1950. Summer camp is an overnight, week-long program: campers check in on the first day and stay through the week, with a Trading Post for snacks and Bunk Notes for family messages, since the grounds are closed to the public while camp is in session. Water activities run through the week, and the lake is used for boating, fishing and nature exploration rather than swimming. All teen and adult leaders complete training in emergency procedures and child-protection guidelines, and adult leaders undergo criminal background checks. A $100 non-refundable registration fee applies and financial assistance is available.

Nice kids camp. The staff is great. There is plenty to do. It looks like they also have it available for retreats and other events throughout the year.
