If I could give zero stars I would, unfortunately that’s not an option for this racial bias toxic environment for children. My daughter was visiting her grandmother for the summer and was scheduled to attend the camp for 3 weeks. Unfortunately, that came to hault because of bullying and no regard for children’s emotional, physical and mental wellbeing. My ) year old daughter was cursed and called a slur by a 14 year old kid. After my mother spoke with the director, counsler and even the parents mother. No one cared, my mothers complaints fell upon deaf ears. My daughter is terrified to return and sadly we are out of the money spent. I guess if the roles were reversed and she wasn’t the little black girl then maybe, just maybe someone would have rectified the issue , cared about her safety or even reassured her that she mattered and was indeed safe to be apart of the camp community.

Camp blue star is the gold standard in day camps! Campers are busy learning through play all day! When you pick them up at the end of the day they are so excited to tell you everything that happened and how much fun they had! There's nothing better at the end of the day that I happy, tired child!
