Powered by GoogleThis RV park was the best we've ever been to. So many events throughout the day to keep the kids busy, something every 30 minutes from around 10am-3pm for kids to do. Then weekend concerts for the whole family. We attended a free Bingo for the family one night, a free 1-hour yoga class on the grass, and we did a $10 tie-dye workshop. The facilities were clean and they maintained everything really well. There is a restaurant, bar, ice cream shop and a grocery store available. We will definitely be back again!
I have been coming to Campland since I was a little girl. I have my own family now and brought them to experience it for the first time. It’s like no time had passed, but everything was still in great condition, and a restaurant and cantina has been added. We all enjoyed our stay and it really is the best place to stay if you’re in an RV traveling for vacation. The beach is there if you want salt water and the pool is there if that’s what you want! The laundry facilities are so clean and well maintained. The lawns, restrooms, playground and all common areas are all in great condition. I love that there are spaces for every price point and every environment you’d want. Come visit!
Great staff! Bathrooms are always clean. The premisis is awesome, a arcade, cantina, ice cream parlor, laundromat, pools, beach, convenience store, and they even have a air station to air up your floaties. Love this place! Highly recommended. The staff was awesome, Ms. Cory, Travis and the staff at the bar are so kind and always willing to help and answer questions. Oh yeah and you can rent a boat or kayaks... Such a cool place to take the kids!
While we visited friends and house hunted in SD, we stayed at Campland. The extended stay was affordable and we felt like every day there was a vacation. We enjoyed yoga on the lawn every day at 10am and pickle ball, too. Both swimming pools were heated and the hot tubs were hopping. Groups came to Campland all the time to party and this led to a great vibe in the park. As far as we can tell, this place is like heaven for children. It looks like they make friends easily and have fun riding their bikes (and what not) all over the park. For dog lovers, this is the place. Dogs are welcome everywhere (except around the pools). And the best spot in the park is reserved for a dog park. The dog park is densely shaded and has benches for the humans. The benches have excellent views of the bay. The staff is friendly and helpful. While we were there, we participated in a number of activities (like candy bingo) and made plenty of friends. We saw bands of pirates (it seems like they were hitting a bunch of Mission Bay hot spots), a vintage camper show, a night time bike parade (resplendent with LEDs) and more. If you want to rock your Easter weekend, this is the place to go.
Took our camper to the Bay and had a really great experience. The relatives really liked the location and amenities as well. We normally camp up north a bit but the warmer waters of the bay along with the pools and hot tubs had were really great. Really flat for the kids to ride their bike and enjoyed the playground as well. Yes it's more expensive than other campgrounds but the amenities really made it worth it and the staff was really great too.
