The C.L. I found out about them because they host Brazilian JiuJitsu classes in partnership with Tony Cruz from the Adrenaline Chamber. JiuJitsu has been a great self-defense and exercise activity for my children, and then benefits of martial arts for a community is wonderful. Kudos to the Nacogdoches Parks team for bringing this high level of service to their community.
