Love the Y! Hours are good and the machines snd weights are comprehensive. The hot tub is a favorite of mine and often quite empty. Only gripe is the lifting floor can get pretty packed so depending on the time of day it can be hard to find a spot. Otherwise I'm glad to have a membership!

Kids love stopping in for a swim. My daughter loves the water slide. (so do I)! We have a nice time when we have time to go!

So my daughter decided she wanted to swim birthday party and we planned a birthday party there after paying their outrageous $150 amount to have a birthday party there we show up and they set up two tables right in the main walkway of their facility so as we’re having the birthday party, everybody is walking right through the birthday party. Not to mention the fact that if we don’t clean up, we lose our deposit. The other problem I had is so I have babies twins under one year-old And their mom had to go run to the store to get some special stuff. Both of them were dying to get in the pool and I have this air up inflatable that I use so I can hold both of them so it is safe and the head lifeguard on duty would not allow me to use that in their pool and thought it would be safer for me to just carry both Of them. What frustrates me is the entire time I have my kids in the pool they were laughing and playing and trying to jump off me and this device helps me. Keep them safe. She decided to tell me that she has triplets and she understands, and she just carried her triplets into the pool, which is an obvious lie because if she was a parent of triplets, she wouldn’t be acting the way she did when you have multiple kids at once you need all the help possible because it’s hard.

Very disappointed. The whole reason my family got a membership here was bc they stated they had free childcare for parents to come work out. They in fact DO NOT have childcare. They only have activities for older kids after school. Very sad to have had to come ALL the way to butte to workout just to find out that I cannot bc of my baby. So much for family inclusion. Highly suggest you advertise differently if you don’t actually offer what you say you do.

I’m a member of the YMCA, I go for the water aerobics because of my back surgeries, the water at the Y is so cold most of the time I can’t get in! Why is the boiler never working right? I do water walking in the summer at Ridge Water which is outside and the water is always warm! Even at 9:00 AM….. The Y needs to get someone who knows how work on a boiler! and clean the locker rooms…
