Buffalo LAX Camps runs a three-day boys lacrosse day camp at the Nichols School in Buffalo, directed by Andrew Bigelow, a Nichols graduate and former Johns Hopkins defender. Days run 9am to 3pm with drop-off from 8am and pickup until 4pm, filled with high-paced instruction, competitive games and a daily scrimmage at an 8:1 camper-to-coach ratio staffed by current and former college players. Campers are split into four age groups — 7-9, 10-11, 12-14 and 15-17 — and all skill levels are welcome. Cost is $325 registering before May 1 and $375 after; campers bring their own lunch and snacks are provided.
