The British Academy of Performing Arts (BAPA), at 2550 Sandy Plains Road in Marietta, teaches dance, acting, vocals and musical theatre to Cobb County students from beginner through pre-professional level. Its themed summer camps run 9:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. with a filming day on Friday, and intensives run 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.; a recent two-week Matilda Jr. camp was staged as a full production with two casts and two performances. Published camp tuition is about $440 with a discount available at checkout.
