Very friendly once you do get someone on the phone, I never got any further in the process than the initial phone call. I highly recommend you include David Bright in your emails if you want anyone to respond to them. I attempted to hire Bright Minds Youth Development for 35 days before giving up.

For me, it was not a pleasant experience. From the beginning, I mentioned that my son had autism and they notified me that there was no problem and that they could work with him. I can guarantee that they are not capable. The second week, they began to give me complaints that my kid was saying bad words when my kid, because of his condition, can barely talk. Then, they told me that he was hitting other kids and that if he do it again, they would not be able to accept him anymore. The next day the director told me that they couldn't accept anymore my kid because he had allegedly hit 6 kids the same day, when my child is not aggressive, and his therapist and teachers can confirm that. The funniest thing about this, is that I ask and talk to another employee about what happened, and she said to me: I do not think so, I know that has a lot of energy, but he is not aggressive, and he barely speaks. So, who do I believe? In my opinion, they do not want to work too much, and they forget that children by nature are full of energy. I sent an email requesting a refund for the week that was paid and they told me that since my kid attended for two days of that week, they cannot do a refund when were they were the ones did not want to accept my kid anymore.

My children haven't started camp yet and already I am so impressed by what I have seen and heard. This will be Bright Minds first time in our county. They were very thorough in the Parent Meeting. I also thought highly of the fact that Mr. David Bright himself came and spoke with the parents. I know that my great expectations of Bright Minds Youth Summer Camp will be met this summer. I can't wait to hear all about my children's first day at summer camp, instead of coming home to my children sitting in front of the T.V with a controller, phone, or tablet in their hands. I am really looking forward to breaking that habit with the help of BMY Summer Camp. Thank you in advance and I look forward to our first day!
