I had the pleasure of working with Mr. Eric with the last minute setup for my son’s 6th birthday party, and he was beyond professional, knowledgeable, informative and willing to assist with such short notice! On the day of the party there was a hick with my venue (that didn’t involve Bricks 4 Kidz at all) however Mr. Eric did witness that hick up and he provided me with the utmost support and reassurance that everything would work out for the party, WHICH IT DID!! Mr. Eric immediately began setting up quickly so the party guest could enjoy all the legos, he assisted every child with their needs during the free build segment of the party. Even when the kids went to do other activities Mr. Eric then began to have a personalized experience with the adults and gave us information about other party set ups that they offer aside from kids parties!! At the time when it came down to the actual building experience Mr. Eric explained all his rules in a respectful manner which he made simple and interactive for the kids. He began assisting all the kids with their zip line building experience as well as with their personalized Lego figures!! He assisted each group of children with launching their zip line! All in all I will use this company again in the future even if it is for an adult function. Every afternoon when I picked up the boys from camp they’d laugh and describe the activities they did that day.
