Half-day nature, art and mindfulness summer camp at Brave New School, a Waldorf- and Reggio-inspired play-based school in Portsmouth. Weeks are themed around the elements and the natural world -- water, earth, air, light, sound, dragons, mythical creatures -- with recycled-material art projects, team games, STEAM activities, crafts and mindfulness practice; campers spend at least half of each day outside. Thirteen weekly sessions run June through August, 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM, in three age groups (18 months-3, 3-7, and 7-12), at $180 per week with snacks provided and aftercare available on request.
