Boyton Street Community Center

Nonprofit neighborhood community center in Marion, established by the City of Marion in 1987, that runs summer art, recreation, reading and tutoring programs for local children. It has provided free summer meals to area kids for more than 30 years. During the school year the center runs a K–12 after-school program spanning math and reading tutoring, study skills and character building. The center is open weekdays 9:30 a.m.–5 p.m.
