★StephStaff is super rude and not helpful at all. Didn’t bother to try to help me and then turned around and ignored me. My kids even asked me why the staff was rude to us. Do better!

★Eva RobinsonShine boys club was much better managed and maintained. This new club is rude overall and unhelpful, they don’t communicate with you at all. All items lost are donated within a week without them letting you know. Children are scattered and front desk never knows where the child is, and this is my main concern, the system they have isn’t organized and it’s worrisome. Do better!
