I have put in an application for my son 3 weeks ago for an after school program. NOBODY has been in contact with me and every time I call. Someone takes my name and number and promises a call back but NOBODY ever contacts me. Today I called again after being promised a call back within a half an hour the day prior and was basically told I should find another program DUE TO the lack of care to respond n reach out from Heather

We were here a couple weekends ago for a baton competition. The building definitely is in need of maintenance. There was gum stuck all over the floors and all bathrooms not well taken care of. Stalls don't lock, sinks dirty and running out of toiletries. Knowing that there are scheduled visitors you would think they would be better prepared and would have cleaned up a bit.

Troy B&G Club is great for after school and summer programs. They keep the kids busy with all kinds of activities, help with homework, provide dinner on some nights, learn to swim with the indoor pool. The staff is great, all the kids seem to get along for the most part. My son doesn't come home with complaints nor do I get any complaints from his staff at the club. Overall I would rate the TROY B&G CLUB as the best care money can buy in Troy!!!

Not nearly enough supervision. Without signing in I could walk around the entire place seeing single, unsupervised kids without ever being asked who I was. The last straw was my daughter being bullied and they said, "Well I'm sorry but there ain't nothin' we can do about that. We can't be watching every little thing these kids be doin'." I took my kid an money elsewhere.

The Troy Boys & Girls Club is a great place to enroll your child after school. The staff are absolutely amazing and they have an excellent mentoring program!
