Lesson one don’t sit in chairs ignoring situations.You can not be on your phones talking or texting your friends and watching kids does not work maybe there wouldn’t be a issue if you don’t have a phone do your job and there Wouldn’t be issues you could correct them before anything happens if I was management I would not tolerate phones on the job while watching young kids
