★Janay RidgeAwful. We had our 4 year old birthday party which was scheduled weeks before with them. When we showed up everything was locked down after already paying and having people come from outside of Missouri. Very frustrating not to be able to get a hold of anyone onsite. I am afraid if that’s the way they treat people like us is that the same way they are treating kids. Not acceptable!
