My child goes there when she's with her father and it's frustrating to know that they don't do any activities aside from the same Shooter outing on some Fridays..They have to sit at a table all day long wearing masks.. Staring at their phones or tablet not being engaged with..Has the help became too lazy to do anything ? Seems to be the consensus with everything in Wilmington
Signed kids up today, was clean, professional, but most importantly: ALL THE KIDS SEEMED COMFORTABLE AND CONTENT. ALSO: THE FOOD THEY WERE COOKING SMELLED AMAZINGLY DELICIOUS. MY KIDS CANT WAIT TO EXPERIENCE!
This will be my kids 3rd year at Brigade Boys & Girls club. Wonderful place for my kids to go learn, have fun, lots of activities, meet new kids and just relax. Not to many places around Wilmington that I trust my kids with for 8+ hours a day, but this particular place I do!! 5 stars from me and my wife
My father was Buddy Goodson Jr and he was the Executive Director when this facility was built. I have wonderful memories of spending my Saturday's and summers at the club with my dad making improvements, pulling weeds, or just hanging out while he caught up on paperwork. I truly hope it is still as life changing for others, as it was for me.
