Powered by GoogleI signed up My Son 5 Weeks for Summer Camp. Acording to the Lady that received the kids in the morning we got there at 9:14am my car Clock said 9:12am Doors Closes at 9am with a great period of 5 minutes later. Today they didn't let my kid in because we arrive 7 minutes late for the first time, the Lady called a higher personal and Denise came out Rude as always. Talking about an Orientation or Summer Guide pages I never received any of that. All I had given as an application nobody provided any details. The gentlemen in the front desk was talking to another to another Mom about the trips when I dropped off the application and I requested a copy of the trip information sheet. There is not drop of or pick up signs any where by the door to advise parents. There is no Second changes or Warning for parents. I requested refunds for the 3 remaining Weeks that I've paid in full, because I am not paying the club and a babysitter to watch my child.
My baby shower was held there. All of the staff I encounter through the process and day of the event were very friendly and professional. For this reason, we will be having our daughter's 1st birthday party there - we have a wide range of age differences of the children in the family, so this space is ideal due to the arcade room, moon bounce and gymnasium.
Beautiful facility! We be also beneficial to have great staff to accompany. Denise Brannon in particular was very nasty and short. Wrong line of work. Front staff gave me the run around and was not helpful at all! The most helpful person was Tony, the evening janitor. Thank up the world needs more ppl like you.
My daughter goes to summer camp here every year. Everyone is very friendly. They have so many activities for the children to keep them engaged and entertained. She always has a good time.
This the best place for a child because ALL the staff cares, and look after ALL the children. The children are involved in a host of great enrichment activities! All the rooms are VERY CLEAN. My teen daughter had the greatest summer at this summer camp and wanted to go the whole summer! Amazing! The STEM class is hands on and inspires the children to overcome errors and mistakes, and focus on the outcome of workable project. I wish this was available when i was young!
