My 2 kids have been going here for the past 3 years & they LOVE it!! Tinsley at the front desk is such a sweetheart, Jaxon is a darling & is AMAZING with all of the children 🥰 Jake is also amazing & super quick on resolving misunderstandings & putting a stop to bullying. I would recommend this club to anyone.
Honestly, my daughter has attended here 3 years in a row. This might be the last year doing so. She attended the summer program which includes summer camps. All year she had been looking forward to going on the field trip camp with the promise that all the kids would have a chance to go. She was lied to. We tried relentlessly to get her signed up showing up every Monday to get her on the sign up sheet and they were either booked or unavailable. This year they said every kid would get the chance to go. That promise was made to her, a 9yr old girl, and subsequently she was let down. I have to be the one to break her little heart this morning. I tried talking to the front desk and other employees in several attempts throughout the summer in hopes of getting help in getting her in there and they proved just as helpful as a bag of rocks. I hope the staff reads this and knows that they truly let her down.
I'm not entirely sure what they mean by "strict no rock throwing policy", but it seems evident that they don't use the word strict to its actual definition. Not to mention who is watching the kids to even allow such a thing to happen? They didn't call anyone to notify that either of my kids were injured on two separate occasions. Just an "Oh by the way, your child suffered a head injury." when they were picked up. Both of my kids had welts on their heads when they were injured, that's a pretty decent injury that should have had us notified IMMEDIATELY. Not in passing. Please be extremely mindful of when you take your children here. I'm not sure who is watching the kids here, but they don't seem to be doing their job very well.
Excellent place for kids to spend time while parents are unavailable. Prices are reasonable and activities are well organized and safe. Staff are professional, friendly and approachable. I've had my kids in other programs, and this one has been one of the best.
