I called this location to speak with administration about payment that had not been applied to my kids account. The receptionist was so rude. She seemed agitated and was not listening to my request. This was about 4'oclock, August the 15th. As i felt this was a fragile matter she did not, I asked for her name to report her she proceeded to say to me "find out". I work with all kinds of people and customer service..this was by far the most upsetting person i have had to talk to concerning my child. This woman should not be working with the community or kids. If you can find another afterschool program try and go with them..because if she was representation of the program its not a healthy look. Do go else where.
Very clean, hospitable and helpful. They're a great resource for the surrounding community!!!
Conveniently located. Just stopped by to verify the payment process. Very professional staff.
Heart in the right place execution piss poor. Disorganized and no transparency of funds allocation. Why donate if your community is under served? What is really being done for the kids? How are they changing our community? Who is benefiting? I’m tired of programs asking for donations that don’t make a difference. This place was once a refuge for impoverished children, but it is now a glorified daycare center. They neglect the kids and avoid any activities that would require them to put forth any effort or to care. One center in Augusta, Ga puts the children in the gym for the majority of the day and neglects to provide any curriculum, any substance. It seems they feel that’s these kids don’t deserve anything. Something is wrong and needs to be investigated.
