Dear Mr. Donnie, I would like to ask that you please inform Ms. Chris that yelling at children is a form of verbal aggression that can negatively impact their cognitive development, lower their self-esteem, and damage relationships. I enrolled my child in the club for socialization, growth, and positive engagement. I understand that children misbehave at times—that is part of their nature and development. However, that should not justify yelling at them daily, even if they are refusing to complete their artwork or participate in an activity. I am sure Ms. Chris, as a parent and possibly a grandparent, would not appreciate someone yelling at her own child every day. Children respond much better to patience, guidance, and positive reinforcement. I would appreciate it if this matter could be addressed to ensure the environment remains supportive and nurturing for all children. Thank you for your attention to this concern.
