★Julio RodriguezI beleive that management needs to go back and take classes and learn to communicate with staff.If you want workers to abide by the rules then it starts from the top,you cant enforce rules when management is never there and just go by words of a senior staff that doesnt follow the same rules your enforcing.You lost a very dedicated worker without no verbal warning just because you dont like someone or who they represent doesnt give you the right to just fire him.Its a sad day for the kids and for the boys and girls club.
