The Boys & Girls Club of Alpena is a year-round nonprofit serving youth ages 5-18 with school-year and summer programming, reaching more than 1,450 young people annually since 1926. It runs two sites: a main clubhouse at 801 W Miller Street, opened in summer 2023 with expanded program space and outdoor amenities, and the Wildcat Unit/VolunTeen Center at Alpena High School. Summer membership runs mid-June through the end of August and costs $25, with scholarships available.
