I have had 2 different interactions with this place and both were awful. Absolutely rude employee i had encountered today over just questions through sign ups, and the last was wrong information over sign ups with soccer. I dont recommend going here of you want quality or friendly service. You will not receive either one.

My experience with this after-school program was unacceptable. Staff made assumptions and directed blame without verifying facts or obtaining accurate information. When I attempted to address the situation, I was spoken to in a dismissive and disrespectful manner. I chose not to pursue further clarification because, based on my previous experiences in Sherman, it has become clear that when a parent uses factual, professional, and legally accurate communication, it is often disregarded. Instead of taking concerns seriously, the response tends to be defensive and unsupported by evidence. A program working with children should demonstrate respect, professionalism, and a commitment to fact-based communication. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here.
