5 years later: we have an Eagle Scout, a Life Scout, and a new, enthusiastic Scout. We have been active members for almost 8 years. The following is all still consistently true: Highly recommend. Dedicated group of accountable professionals leading children and youth in wholesome, fun, developmentally appropriate activities. More service opportunities for youth than in our church! (which is an issue....) The week-long summer camp is particularly notable. The kids learn skills and independence, good choices, in a safe outdoor environment backed by trustworthy adult volunteers. And this year it was $300 for the week! Very dependable, admirable group of adults and the kind of kids you want your kids around. Love them!
