Got to complete NYLT here at 15 so I could attend NAYLE at PHILMONT. My late mother, Val and I had some of our better memories with each other here. So sad to see that this camp seems to be abandoned.

★★★★★**DINO **It was the summer of 1982. I was a young age of 13 and came to Cp. Dale Resler with my scout troop- Troop 3, Abilene Texas, for summer camp. I remember the young airman, from White Sands, that was the mess cook- He was the coolest with his Beach Boys music- I remember our Totem Pole. For a kid of 13, this was a whole new experience, a 'big trip' for me. I remember the sorrow of leaving to head back home. The memories are fleeting with the passage of time but, that summer, that time in my life, and Camp Dale Resler are some of my fondest.
