Powered by GooglePlace is dirty, waiting room is obnoxious as it comes to other customers and the fact they play their iPads and phones at annoying levels. No control of the rambunctious uncontrolled children. . Place needs a major overhaul and a deep clean.
I would not recommend this place, especially if your child has special needs. We started gymnastics here because my daughter did tumble bus at her preschool. We were excited to start my daughter in the girls gymnastics and my son in the tumble bears program. My son is developmentally delayed. He’s been in PT, OT, and ST since he was a year old. He’s 3 now. The owner of the gym/teacher of the tumble bears ignored my concerns about him not having certain skill sets. She would force my son into position while he is screaming. I confronted her after class and restated his abilities and she immediately went into defense and gaslighting me. “I can’t baby him forever, it doesn’t matter that he’s delayed, it’s tough love, he can do this, don’t look at him crying if it upsets you” We pulled both of my kids out of their program. Please do your research before sending your kids here, especially if they’re not able bodied. The interior is disgusting, also.
My daughter attended cheer and tumbling here for almost 2 years and it was a waste of time and money. People here care more about making a buck than teaching the children. My daughter still CAN NOT do a cartwheel or anything like that. They also make it hard to cancel the memberships and honestly are rude and not welcoming at all not to mention that their facility is outdated, dirty and just not taken care of.
There's a reason this place has poor reviews, and is reviewed below the competition. To make a long story short, they had signs up saying classes were off for a summer break. (2 months). It wasn't until 1.5 months in we get an email saying classes were off the following week. Turns out they told my SIX YEAR OLD to ignore the signs, and keep coming in. And we even VERIFIED with an employee to make sure she was actually off for those 8 weeks. After all this, we didn't even ask to be reimbursed, simply to make them up over the next several months. They said no, and told me I was lying to them. My wife had to get a job to help pay for things such as this. She was a stay at home mom who lives to raise the kids and tends to them and their extra curricular activities with far more attention than I could. This mistake was not ours. They did not inform us, and in fact they informed us wrong, and even had SIGNS that said our child was on a break. Their plan was to reimburse me 25% SO LONG as I signed a contract saying I'd stay there another year. Was I angry? You betcha, did I tell them as much? Yes again. Did I say things I probably shouldn't? Probably, and for that I will apologize to them for, both here and in person. With that said, this place doesn't deserve your money. Proper customer service is NOT on the top of their list. So I suggest you go elsewhere. Not only will you get this thing called "customer service", but they won't entrust literal CHILDREN with important information the coaches should be giving to parents.
Had my sons birthday party here. It was great! Kids had a great time! It was nice having the whole place to ourselves!
