We love Bodies in Motion! They made my daughter's birthday party so fun, relaxing and were very helpful during our party. Also, their ninja room is awesome! We'll definitely be coming back!

First found this place over a year ago and I love taking my boys here. The staff are amazing and kind. The boys can play and have fun and I can relax and not feel worried about not being able to find them. 10/10 recommend to come here and the food is good as well.

My children attended a birthday party here and I am shocked we had never visited before since we love indoor parks. The equipment was clean, and the food is made fresh in-house vs the processed stuff in other indoor gyms. I loved how varied the equipment was (not just trampolines) and some staff members even directed activities for the kids, which I appreciated. There is even a room with adult equipment and it looks like they hold summer camps. All and all I am very impressed and will be back!

Bodies and Motion is officially one of my favorite indoor play places for my 2.5-year-old son. He’s extremely active, loves to climb, and enjoys fast slides, so I usually have to hover nearby to prevent falls. However, this play structure is designed with safety in mind—there are no large gaps for kids to fall through, and the netting ensures that even if they slip, they won’t fall far. I was initially nervous about taking him somewhere with older kids, but the setup prevents dangerous falls, and he couldn’t reach the highest areas without my help. Once up there, I felt completely at ease letting him explore freely. Beyond the play structure, there are plenty of other engaging activities, including an interactive mat with virtual games, a dress-up area, Duplo tables, play food, and a coloring station. The space encourages creative play, and parents can socialize or take a break while their kids have fun. The staff is incredibly kind and attentive, and when daycare and preschool groups joined in, the environment remained positive and engaging. I cannot recommend this place enough—it’s the perfect mix of fun and safety, especially for younger kids who are still mastering balance and risk. I only wish we lived closer!

A very laid back environment with plenty of room for your kids to run free! The playground has a lot different activities to keep the kids entertained for hours. I have to say, I’m really impressed with this place. Even the food/snacks, and drinks. I ordered a chai tea (which was delicious) and half cheese flatbread and it was the perfect little snack for my 2 boys and I. There’s couches and tables with chairs for parents to sit at. It’s very clean, organized, and great staff!
