★Abby SkaggsThe summer program was awful as my young daughter was repeatedly assaulted and threatened by older children. It was so bad that we had to call and file a police report. This location could not provide a safe environment for our daughter and their response was to pull our daughter from the program to solve the issue. Which we did while the bully is still enrolled in the program. I will never return to this location as they victim blame and protect the bully:
★★J LewisFirst time there went on Saturday. Was allowed to walk through by ourselves. Not enough staff to give tour. Staff there was not ableto able to assist with membership questions. Took name and number for membership people to call us back. 2weeks later spouse takes Friday off so that we can go and join. Still no membership person available. We were told to call our insurance. When we asked about a schedule so we can meet with this person we were offered nothing. She did not take our name oe phone. I guess they have plenty of membership s and don't want ours.
★★★★John Paul KillamI'll give at a solid 4/5, some of the captive weight equipment is pretty old, but they actually have a really nice selection of free in a separate lifting area. Racquetball and tennis courts, good cardio equipment, good pool. Sure, its an older facility but it does what you need it too and more.its a Jacksonville institution and it deserves your money more than any time fitness
