I had the pleasure of speaking with Nyla recently, and I cannot say enough good things about her. She was incredibly helpful, empathetic, and professional. After a frustrating experience elsewhere, Nyla made me feel heard and valued, alleviating all my worries. She is a fantastic employee, and I highly recommend her! Also someone give her a raise!!!!

Outstanding gym, staff and services - always have many often free programs (yoga, aerobics, Zumba) you can sign up for. Great incentive to be a Blue Ash resident! Looking forward to when they reopen the restaurant tennis and pool this year after a major upgrade!

Really nice well kept facility, but for the size and amt of people I am shocked at the amt of leg machines. There is only 1 of each! Always having to wait several people deep is not ideal. I wish they still had the hot tubs, I enjoy the sauna but it is too hot! It needs to go down like 10 or 15 degrees. You should be able to get a nice sweat without your ears burning off. Looking forward to the pool remodel and hope its done intime for summer 😀

Played chaperone for batting cage practice at this facility and I have to say it is better than any state park rec center. Pretty amazing. Has a Wolf Lodge-like outdoor pool area, an indoor rock wall, two story fitness center, a gym for hoops and more. However, membership is only for Blue Ash residents or employees. I'm thinking about applying for a part time job flipping burgers in their cafe just so I can join.

Love this place! The kids love the pool, there's so much space even when it seems crowded once you in the pool there's so much space. The life guards are great and it seems like everyone does a great job of being respectful of those around them. The snack bar is great for a snack if you've been there a while. It's a membership, but totally worth it. Showers and changing rooms are very clean.
