Blooming Artist Studio is a boutique fine-art studio in Northeast Philadelphia (7971 Oxford Ave.) offering a seven-week summer camp for students from kindergarten through high school. Campers can enroll for as many weeks as they like and receive small-group instruction that encourages personal style while studying the masters.
