I want to give great honor and respect to Bloomfield-Gilead Recreation. The quality and dedication of your programs are exceptional! My parents enrolled my siblings and me here, trusting you to provide a safe place for us to go and meet friends. Providing this kind of organized, positive space for youth after school and throughout the summer has a huge, positive impact on the community's well-being. Thank you for all you do to support our community!
If city own need to be renovated. Old building seems like it was an old school gym. Outdated basketball floors and bleachers and basketball goals. Hope the city puts money in to upkeep up with the evolving time. So kids and families have a nice environment to host events and be good good for the city as an whole.
The bleachers are horrible and the gym is so old, they really need to go and redo that gym.
I definitely recommend this place! It has a FREE gym so no silly membership required, they have a boxing class for youth, plus lots of other exciting things going on regularly. They have a FB page so if you're on there go follow them so you can see for yourself what all they are doing. Another great thing about it is the public library is located in the front building and you can order books from any Pines library in Ga and have them delivered to this branch for easy pickup. All around I think the whole set up is wonderful!
