★Ramses Munoz-Del AngelVolleyball Terrible experience with Blaze, U14 White team. The lack of professionalism is obvious. The coaches do not show the preparation or leadership that a youth program should have. To make matters worse, one parent was allowed to act as an assistant coach in order to give his own daughter preferential treatment, despite having no real volleyball knowledge. This is unacceptable for a club that presents itself as a developmental program. There is no clear communication, no structure, and no real commitment to the players’ development. There are also no values of inclusion, loyalty, or positive example. What you see is a disorganized environment with no direction. It is disappointing to see how youth sports in Appleton are turning into a business, where collecting money matters more than developing athletes or supporting families. They demand professional-level performance from the players, but the coaching staff does not show that same professional level. In addition, their policy is absolute: once you sign, there are no refunds under any circumstances, even when the service does not meet what was promised. I completely regret enrolling my daughter in this club. It was an experience of exclusion and frustration.
