★Malies Staywardmy experience with this daycare program has been extremely concerning. The environment often appears chaotic and poorly organized, with children frequently moving around without what seems to be adequate supervision or clear structure from staff. More concerning are issues my child has communicated to me. they have reported experiencing bullying and inappropriate behavior from other children while attending the program. There was also an incident where they told me they were hit by another child, yet I did not receive any communication or notification from staff about the situation. As a parent, I expect to be informed immediately when incidents like this occur. Childcare providers have a responsibility to maintain a safe, structured, and well-supervised environment while keeping parents informed about any issues involving their children. Based on our experience, those expectations were not met. I do not recommend this place & would give zero stars if i could.
