Blades Athletic Performance Academy

Blades Athletic Performance Academy (BladesAPA) is a baseball and softball training facility in Whitefish with batting cages, a HitTrax hitting system, a turf field and a weight room, and it says it primarily trains youth athletes. Athletes can book private or small group baseball and softball lessons with named coaches in 30 or 60 minute sessions, and a former Division I softball player runs team clinics at a team's own field or at the facility. Its Flathead A's baseball club runs a fall ball program with 7-8U through 13-14U divisions at Smith Fields and the facility, a Fall FIVE program for high school players that adds weightlifting and a weighted ball throwing program, and competitive summer teams chosen by tryout. Scholarships are available through the Blades Athletic Scholarship Foundation, a nonprofit branched from BladesAPA, and payment plans can be arranged with a coach.

It was two days a week of great training. My son learned so much, from fielding, pitching and hitting to even agility and strength training.
