I sponsored two players last year and was happy to support youth athletics, but my experience with Black Swamp Volleyball has been very disappointing. I only communicated with the parent who recruited me — no one from Black Swamp ever followed up, provided a receipt, or offered anything for tax purposes. When I declined to sponsor again, I was met with attitude and unprofessional behavior. I understand people have bad days, but this happened over multiple conversations. After repeatedly and respectfully asking for my banners, I finally got a text saying they were left by the front door — an hour away from me — and they were left on the ground when I arrived. I was given no notice and no time to plan the pick up. When I asked for the person’s name who was texting, they refused to give it. I love supporting youth sports, but I won’t be sponsoring this organization again due to the lack of professionalism and respect.

Nice facility itself but more attention to parking lot maintenance please! It was icy and unsafe!

Not many places to sit and chairs not allowed. Many didn't move from bleachers that had already watched their children play. This in turn didn't allow parents to watch their kids that were currently playing. If chairs aren't allowed this should be attended to frequently throughout the tournaments. Clean environment.

Nice little volleyball facility. They really need curtains hung between the courts; lots of game interruptions due to stray balls rolling through.
