★★★★★KatBEAUTIFUL PROPERTY!! It is so convievently located close to I-5/Olympia. It is a perfect location to feel secluded, but is no farther then a 10 minute drive off of the free way. The staff is accommodating, helpful, friendly, and yet they are respectful of privacy. The cabins located to the office were cozy and were like little homes. So cute... the heater in my cabin didn’t work, but I found a space heater in the closet. The food is honestly the best camp food...and I have worked at camps in Idaho, Washington, Oregon, and Colorado... There weren’t a lot of choices at Black Lake, but at least it was tasty. The salad bar was AWESOME. Many fresh choices like blueberries, bacon, carrots, mushrooms, seeds, cucumbers, etc. I
